What are the rental rates for long-term stays?

Our rates vary based on room type and the duration of your stay. Please check our

How long is considered a long-term stay?

Long-term stays typically start at 90 days or more.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in and check-out times are determined by the terms of your tenancy
agreement, but generally, check-out must be done before 11:59 PM. After
check-out, please return the keys and access cards to management.

Is there a customer service or reception area?

We have an Area Management team to assist you with any needs or inquiries.


What amenities are included in the room rental?

Our rooms come with basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, a water dispenser, a
washer, a dryer, and housekeeping. Additional amenities may be available in
certain room categories.

Is there a kitchen or cooking facilities in the co-living space?

Yes, we encourage you to cook and share! Light to medium cooking
is allowed. However, please clean up after you eat; even the best chef
washes up after themselves.

Do you provide parking for guests?

Yes, we offer on-site parking for our guests. Please inquire our front desk
or management about parking fees.

Is there a laundry service available?

Yes, we have on-site laundry facilities, and some rooms may include a washer and dryer.

What safety measures are in place for guests during their stay?

We have implemented secure access doors and padlocks at all main entrances,
and your room door is made of high-quality wood.


Is there a minimum age requirement for guests?

Yes, guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online through our website or by contacting our
consultant team directly.


Is there a deposit required for long-term stays?

We offer options for both a Zero Deposit and a security deposit. The
security deposit is refundable upon check-out, subject to any damages or
outstanding charges.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major online transfers and, in some cases, cash payments. Please
check our payment policy for details.

Are there any other fees or hidden charges?

We do charge a one-time contract fee of RM 300 to cover the initial cost
of the tenancy agreement, cleaning, air conditioning servicing, key and
access card preparation, and any other move-in-related fees. There are no
other hidden charges.
